Customer Story: Heritage Ireland – Prototyping a Website and Data Platform

Read full case study below

The Heritage Division of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (formerly National Parks and Wildlife Service and National Monuments Service), is responsible for the protection and conservation of Ireland’s biodiversity and archaeological heritage and public awareness and appreciation of its value.

It is a knowledge-based organisation which holds a mass of data arising from ongoing operational activities. It produces information based on that data to support their reporting obligations and disseminate certain authoritative information to internal and external stakeholders.

Derilinx worked closely with a dedicated team including expert representatives from National Parks & Wildlife Services (NPWS) and National Monument Service (NMS) to deliver a vision for an integrated Data Portal and Data Management Solution, a roadmap for the implementation of such vision and a prototype of the future solution.
