- Identifying High-Value Datasets: Derilinx assisted the CRO in identifying key datasets for publication and reuse in line with EU requirements.
- As-Is Assessment: A review of CRO’s existing systems was conducted to assess compliance with the Open Data Directive and Implementing Regulation.
- Roadmap and Implementation: A clear roadmap was developed, outlining the necessary steps to achieve full compliance, including the deployment of the new Open Data Portal.

Fully compliant with EU Regulations
It meets requirements such as making data available via API and in bulk, ensuring that datasets like the main Company Record and Financial Statements are accessible without undue delay, in compliance with Open Data requirements. The data is provided under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 licence, in fully open, machine-readable formats, and adheres to the DCAT-AP HVD metadata standard to enable discovery, integration and reuse.
Automated Data Sharing
Data from the portal is automatically shared on data.europa.eu, the EU’s central data portal. This automated process ensures that Irish company registration data is easily accessible across Europe, streamlining the distribution of public-sector data for wider use.
